After each use, bottles are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and refilled. When they reach the end of their useful life, bottles are responsibly recycled.

Our pre-filled Exchange program is a fast and convenient option for buying branded beverages for your home, business or wherever you need it. Our Exchange bottles fit any Primo Brands dispenser, and all bottles are cleaned and filled.
Our 3- and 5-gallon refillable/reusable bottles use packaging that is recyclable, allowing consumers to make sustainable choices with every purchase. Empty bottles are cleaned, sanitized and refilled. When they reach the end of their useful life, bottles are responsibly recycled.
How it works
- Buy a bottle. Find Primo Brands pre-filled Exchange bottles near you.
- Drink it down. Our bottles fit any Primo Brands dispenser and work with most water dispensers.
- Recycle when empty. Take your empty bottle back to the store and recycle in our bottle return.
- Grab a ticket & save. Grab a ticket to save on your next Primo Brands bottled beverage.
Our self-service water Refill stations are easily accessible and incorporate a multi-step purification process delivering high-quality water.
How it works
