The new 255,000-square-foot location will support growing regional demand and strengthen Primo Brand’s presence in southeastern Massachusetts
Taunton, Massachusetts – June 30, 2026 — Primo Brands announced plans for a new facility at Silver City Business Park in Taunton, Massachusetts. Known to local consumers as Poland Spring®, Primo Brands will lease the 255,000-square-foot site which is expected to become one of the company’s largest facilities nationwide dedicated to 3- and 5-gallon reusable bottle operations. The facility is expected to begin operations in late fall 2026.
The facility will help Poland Spring® meet growing consumer demand across the region while benefiting from the city’s business-friendly environment and accessibility. The company expressed appreciation for the support and partnership of the City of Taunton and said it looks forward to becoming part of the local community.

With one of the largest reusable beverage container networks in the United States, Primo Brands anticipates significant growth potential in its 3-and 5-gallon reuse and refill business in southern New England, making Taunton a strong strategic location for a new facility that can meet rising consumer demand. Primo Brand’s reusable 5-gallon container, saves the equivalent of 38 single-serve plastic bottles per refill — approximately 1,400 bottles of its lifetime of use.
