Eric Foss is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Primo Brands Corporation.
Leading one of the premier branded beverage companies in North America, Mr. Foss oversees the Company’s portfolio of iconic brands, including Poland Spring®, Pure Life®, Saratoga®, The Mountain Valley®, Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain®, Ozarka®, Zephyrhills®, Primo Water™, and Sparkletts®, and the Company’s flexible go-to-market system and coast-to-coast network. Mr. Foss focuses on driving value for all stakeholders, including by creating a winning culture anchored in performance and dedicated to Hydrating a Healthy America™.
Mr. Foss has spent his career running global, consumer-centric, and asset- and people-intensive business models in the food and beverage sector and has a proven track record of building brands, expanding scale, improving margins, and driving earnings growth. Before joining Primo Brands, Mr. Foss was Chief Executive Officer from 2012 to 2019, and Chairman from 2015 to 2019, at Aramark Corporation. There, Mr. Foss focused on improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, building an engaged workforce, and delivering strong and sustainable financial success, driving stakeholder value through the company’s IPO and subsequent growth.
Prior to joining Aramark, Mr. Foss served as Chief Executive Officer of Pepsi Beverages Company and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. In the latter role, he helped lead the company through its IPO and oversaw substantial acquisition and integration efforts.
Mr. Foss served on the Board of Directors of Primo Water Corporation prior to the merger with BlueTriton Brands, Inc. in 2024, and, before becoming Chairman of the Primo Brands Board of Directors in November 2025, had served as a Director since November 2024.
