With over two decades in legal and executive roles at international beverage, consumer goods, and technology companies, Hih Song Kim specializes in optimizing risk, opportunity and value for Primo Brands’ stakeholders. As Chief Legal Officer, she oversees a range of core corporate activities, including Company policymaking, management committees, contracts, marketing and intellectual property, employment law and labor relations, litigation, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, executive compensation, treasury and tax matters, regulatory, and government affairs and community relations.
Ms. Kim’s broad expertise makes her an ideal spokesperson and leader for both Primo Brands and the branded beverage industry. Ms. Kim serves on the Board of Directors of the International Bottled Water Association and previously served as Chair and Vice Chair.
Ms. Kim became Chief Administrative Officer of Primo Brands upon the closing of the merger between Primo Water Corporation and BlueTriton Brands, Inc. in November 2024, and has served as Chief Legal Officer since August 2025. Previously, she had served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of BlueTriton Brands since 2021. In her role, Ms. Kim led BlueTriton’s legal, regulatory, government affairs and real estate teams and worked with the Board of Directors to guide corporate governance matters. She also advised on a number of other strategic activities across the organization, including M&A, product innovation, sustainability, and legal and risk management.
Before joining BlueTriton in 2021, Ms. Kim was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Kaplan Test Prep, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Stoli Group USA. She spent over 15 years in leadership and legal positions at Colgate-Palmolive Company and Unilever United States, Inc. At the start of her career, she was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, as well as a financial analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated.
