With over two decades of experience in the consumer goods industry, Joe Wiggetman is a customer champion who seeks to build lasting relationships between the organization’s iconic portfolio of brands and its customers. As Primo Brands’ Chief Customer Officer, Mr. Wiggetman is responsible for driving revenue and share growth by delivering superior products and services for customers and consumers. Mr. Wiggetman aligns the organization’s business goals to meet evolving customer needs and preferences to ensure Primo Brands remains a differentiated leader in branded beverages.
Prior to the November 2024 closing of Primo Water Corporation’s merger with BlueTriton Brands, Inc., Mr. Wiggetman was the Chief Customer Officer at BlueTriton Brands, Inc., where he had led the Company’s customer strategy since June 2023. In his role, he focused on driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the business, leveraging his expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, and cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Mr. Wiggetman served as Vice President of Sales for Walmart, Target, and Club from 2021 to 2023.
Before joining BlueTriton Brands, Inc. in 2021, Mr. Wiggetman spent 14 years in a variety of roles at Nestlé Waters North America, a division of Nestlé S.A., before the entity was acquired by BlueTriton Brands, Inc. Previously, Mr. Wiggetman spent over 15 years in leadership roles at Daymon Worldwide, Unilever Plc, and Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc.
