Jason Ausher has over two decades of accounting experience specific to the hydration and beverage industries, including more than 15 years with the Primo Brands organization. As Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Ausher runs an accounting function that seeks to maintain best-in-class internal controls and communication, an area where his long tenure and deep organizational insights are invaluable. He also oversees external reporting, ensuring financial filings and other disclosures remain in strict compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulations.
Mr. Ausher has served as Primo Brands’ Chief Accounting Officer since November 2024, following the close of the merger between Primo Water Corporation and BlueTriton Brands, Inc. Previously, Mr. Ausher had been Primo Water Corporation’s Chief Accounting Officer for nearly a decade, having assumed the role in 2015. Previously Mr. Ausher was the company’s VP Treasurer, Corporate Development; its Corporate Controller; and its U.S. Business Unit Controller.
Prior to Primo Water Corporation, Mr. Ausher held numerous positions with Walter Industries, Inc. and Mueller Water Products Inc., a water infrastructure business and spin-off of Walter Industries, Inc., where he was Vice President of Finance. Mr. Ausher began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
