Robert Austin is supporting the transition of his responsibilities as Primo Brands streamlines its leadership model, with operations leadership reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. He will remain employed as Chief Operating Officer through December 31, 2026 to support a smooth and seamless transition.
Mr. Austin brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, logistics, technology and sales across large consumer and manufacturing businesses. At Primo Brands, he has supported priorities across supply chain, information technology, sustainability, service, productivity and growth.
Before the merger of Primo Water Corporation and BlueTriton Brands in November 2024, Mr. Austin served as Chief Operating Officer of BlueTriton Brands. He previously held senior leadership roles with ReadyRefresh, including President and Vice President of Field Operations, helping strengthen its position as a North American leader in direct water delivery.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Austin held supply chain, operations and logistics leadership roles at Nestlé Waters North America, PepsiCo and Butler International.
