Over his tenure, David Hass’ commitment to Primo Brands has been essential to the Company’s transformative growth, robust commercial footprint and financial profile, and meaningful value creation. Mr. Hass oversees the Company’s M&A activities, accounting, financial planning & analysis (“FP&A”), internal audit, investor relations, and treasury activities, among other functions at the Company, drawing on deep insight into the organization and his extensive financial and strategic acumen.
After assisting the IPO of the legacy Primo Water in 2010, Mr. Hass joined Primo Water Corporation in 2011, serving as its Director of FP&A, Vice President of FP&A and Vice President of Strategy, before supporting the strategic sale of the business to Cott Corporation in 2020 and transitioning in his role as Chief Strategy Officer into the newly created organization. In this role, Mr. Hass was the architect of Primo Water’s Water Your Way offering, accelerating growth, driving innovation and propelling operational excellence with Primo’s razor-razorblade business model. Mr. Hass became Chief Financial Officer of Primo Water in 2023, helping refocus the company on its North American assets with the successful sale of its international businesses. Mr. Hass then helped lead Primo Water’s merger and integration with BlueTriton Brands, Inc. to create Primo Brands, where he has served as Chief Financial Officer since the transaction closed in November 2024.
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Hass ensures that Primo Brands’ sustainability, commercial, financial and M&A strategies drive long-term, profitable value creation. Mr. Hass also ensures that the Company’s stakeholders benefit from the Company’s prudent capital allocation.
Prior to joining Primo Water Corporation, Mr. Hass was Vice President of Consumer Investment Banking at Stifel (formerly Thomas Weisel Partners). He began his career as an Associate in the Client Financial Management practice at Accenture.
